	Karen Turnbull - Finance Director After a short period at IBM, Karen spent 7 years teaching IT and developing curriculum. Karen has controlled the successful running of Loadbalancer.org for 8 years ensuring steady profit growth and a great working environment for the team. Karen has a clear focused vision on the Loadbalancer.org strategy for international growth.
	Jake Borman - Sales Director As a keen sportsman Jake originally spent a few years working in sports and leisure management. Since joining Loadbalancer.org Jake has significantly contributed to the companies global expansion by developing numerous successful international partnerships, whilst also being responsible for the everyday professional management of the sales process.
	Mark Brookes - Technical Support Engineer Mark plays a lot of Frisbee and enjoys mountain biking. Other hobbies include compiling drivers into the Linux Kernel.
